I wanted to do this for a long time. I have been to Bulgaria lots of times now both for work and for vacation. And also for relaxing after a hard period of my life.
Why Bulgaria? Often you just don't know where life will take you. You will follow the opportunities that life puts in front of you and go in the direction that feels good. I have experienced a lot of beautiful things in Bulgaria. Some I wanted to capture on camera, but also some that is difficult to put in film. Much like a sunset is fantastic to look at in the warm summer evening. But when you take a photo and look at it later, it all falls flat.
Why beauty? I have come the conclusion that many of the things that drives us is beauty. You try to find a beautiful partner, build a beautiful home and surround yourself with beautiful things. Beauty and taste is different for each person, but not in such great extend that we like to believe. We like to enjoy the same food even tough we say that our taste is subjective. Listen to and like the same music and so on.
On this site I will try to explore beauty in all it forms. People, buildings, paintings, feelings and moments that can be difficult to describe or capture. But nevertheless I will try.
